Along with the nutritional food, water has to be taken in plenty and at regular intervals to keep the body cells active. The water content in human cells decreases as the person starts working or walking in the sun. So the skin cells start drying making the skin look older. If you constantly drink water this can be prevented and the skin becomes fresher. The water in the body helps in the growth of cells and also it helps in engulfing the cells which are not active and then replaces with a new cell. The water in the cell makes it work and also when the cell becomes inactive the water destroys it and then introduces a new cell thus making the skin look fresher.
