But it can be delayed. Delaying aging process is called as anti aging. This anti aging is brought about by several methods. One of the important methods is by having vitamins. Vitamins are substances that our body needs in small amounts. Deficiency of vitamins though may cause several disorders. Vitamins are classified into several types like Vitamin A, B complex, C, D, E, and K. Vitamins are necessary in diet. These vitamins are found in our daily food like fish, vegetables etc. One should include these vitamin foods in their diet and hence get their useful effects. Recent studies have shown that vitamins are having anti aging characteristics. Hence it becomes more advantageous if we include vitamins in our diet. The vegetables that have good vitamins are leafy vegetables, carrot, tomato etc. Fruits like watermelon, lemon are also rich in vitamins. Rice, oat etc also have vitamins in them. One must make sure that his diet should contain considerable amount of vitamins. These vitamins are compulsorily to be added in diet. Lack of vitamins leads to several deficiency diseases like night blindness, scurvy, rickets etc! So they not only are to be compulsory to be included in diet but they give complementary results of anti aging also.
